Welcome! By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Booking and Registration

˖ All classes are reserved and paid for online through our website.

˖ Each child must be registered with the parent or guardian attending.

˖ If more than one child from a family will attend a sensory play class, they must be registered individually.

˖ Please provide accurate information, including your child's age.

2. Payments

˖ Payments are required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

˖ We accept payments through Wix Payments.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

˖ In order to receive a full refund, classes must be cancelled 48 hours prior to starting time.

˖ Classes missed without notice and/or cancelled within the 48 hour period are non-refundable.

4. Health and Safety

˖ Parents / Guardians are responsible for supervising their child(ren) during class.

˖ By registering for a class, you are acknowledging that your child(ren) isn't sick.

˖ We provide a safe environment, but accidents can happen; see Liability below.

5. Liability

˖ By participating, you agree to release Wiggly Explorers and its staff from liability for any minor injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents during class.

˖ Parents / Guardians are responsible for their child's safety at all times.

6. Conduct

˖ Respectful behavior is expected from both children and adults.

˖ Wiggly Explorers reserves the right to remove participants from class for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Wiggly Explorers

˖ We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes.

˖ In case of cancellation by Wiggly Explorers, registered participants will receive a credit toward another class.

8. Intellectual Property

˖ All photos, videos, and materials provided during class are the property of Wiggly Explorers.

˖ Please do not copy, distribute, or post content without permission.
