Terms & Conditions
Welcome! By registering, you agree to the following:
1. Booking and Registration
Ë– All classes are reserved and paid for online through our website.
Ë– Each child must be registered with the parent or guardian attending.
Ë– If more than one child from a family will attend a sensory play class, they must be registered individually.
Ë– Please provide accurate information, including your child's age.
2. Payments
Ë– Payments are required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Ë– We accept payments through Wix Payments.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Ë– In order to receive a full refund, classes must be cancelled 48 hours prior to starting time.
Ë– Classes missed without notice and/or cancelled within the 48 hour period are non-refundable.
4. Health and Safety
Ë– Parents / Guardians are responsible for supervising their child(ren) during class.
Ë– By registering for a class, you are acknowledging that your child(ren) isn't sick.
Ë– We provide a safe environment, but accidents can happen; see Liability below.
5. Liability
Ë– By participating, you agree to release Wiggly Explorers and its staff from liability for any minor injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents during class.
Ë– Parents / Guardians are responsible for their child's safety at all times.
6. Conduct
Ë– Respectful behavior is expected from both children and adults.
Ë– Wiggly Explorers reserves the right to remove participants from class for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
7. Changes and Cancellations by Wiggly Explorers
Ë– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes.
Ë– In case of cancellation by Wiggly Explorers, registered participants will receive a credit toward another class.
8. Intellectual Property
Ë– All photos, videos, and materials provided during class are the property of Wiggly Explorers.
Ë– Please do not copy, distribute, or post content without permission.
